Were looking for a People Services Specialist to join our growing People & Culture team. Reporting to the Manager People Services EMEA youll be based in a hybrid role in our London office and be responsible for:
- Providing a frustrationfree employee experience through operational excellence and timely inquiry management
- Operating as primary resource for employee requests through internal ticketing system (ServiceNow)
- Managing daily administration of employee data in our internal HRIS and various support systems
- Supporting cross functional programs between operations payroll and internal P&C teams while creating opportunities to transform current processes
- Assisting in the transformation of the People Ops department through projectbased initiatives as Zscaler continues to scale
What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 1 years of professional experience working in human resources is required with added benefit if you have familiarity with People Operations or HR technologies
- Experience with supporting employees through a ticketing software (i.e ServiceNow)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience supporting HR functions across multiple EMEA countries
- A passion for organisational culture design the future of work and humancentric People strategies
- Strong Excel skills
