Activations Consultants Needed (Financial Product) (Commission Only)
Duties & Responsibilities
As an Activations Consultant you will be responsible for providing clients with financial services and solutions through inperson interactions. If you are driven customerfocused and eager to succeed in sales this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Financial Advice:
- Offer advice on financial products and services that suit clients needs.
- Keep clients informed about new services or updates through facetoface interactions.
- ProblemSolving:
- Resolve client issues or complaints quickly and professionally during inperson meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clients needs are met.
- Sales Support:
- Identify opportunities to offer clients additional financial products during facetoface meetings.
- Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth process for clients.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all client interactions follow company policies and regulations.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Personal Attributes
Friendly and approachable with a focus on client satisfaction.
Proactive and selfmotivated.
Comfortable with facetoface interactions and building relationships in person.
Ability to work well with a team.
