Key Responsibilities
Provide Financial Advice:
Offer advice on financial products and services that suit clients needs.
Keep clients informed about new services or updates through facetoface interactions.
ProblemSolving:
Resolve client issues or complaints quickly and professionally during inperson meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clients needs are met.
Sales Support:
Identify opportunities to offer clients additional financial products during facetoface meetings.
Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth process for clients.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all client interactions follow company policies and regulations.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Personal Attributes Friendly and approachable with a focus on client satisfaction. Proactive and selfmotivated. Comfortable with facetoface interactions and building relationships in person. Ability to work well with a team.
