We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR Manager to join our growing team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes ensuring the company attracts retains and develops a highly skilled and motivated workforce. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker excellent communicator and experienced in managing diverse HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the recruitment process including job postings interviews selection and onboarding.
Ensure smooth and effective onboarding for new hires facilitating their integration into the organization.
Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison between management and employees to foster positive working relationships.
Address employee concerns conflicts and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with all company policies procedures and employment laws.
Performance Management:
Guide and support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing corrective actions.
Compensation & Benefits:
Oversee employee benefits programs and provide support in administering benefits.
Payroll Management:
Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
Ensure compliance with federal state and local payroll regulations including tax withholdings and deductions.
Work with manager/employees to ensure accuracy of time sheets.
Manage the administration of employee bonuses commissions overtime and other compensationrelated matters.
Ensure all payrollrelated documentation is processed and stored in compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
Compliance & Policies:
Ensure HR policies comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Stay up to date with changes in employment legislation and adapt HR practices accordingly.
HR Reporting & Analytics:
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on key HR metrics.
Use data and insights to inform decisionmaking and improve HR processes.
Employee Engagement:
Foster a positive work culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
Organize and participate in employee recognition and retention programs.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or equivalent work experience
Proven experience as an HR Manager HR Generalist or similar role.
Indepth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Strong communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Proficiency with HRIS systems Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
Certification in Human Resources (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.
