Introduction
Our client a mediumsized construction company with an office in Western Cape is looking for a Senior Site Agent to join their growing team in Cape Town!
What you will need:
- National Diploma in Civil Engineering or Project Management.
- Minimum of 8 10 years experience as Site Agent/contracts manager with creditable references.
- Registration with SACPCMP will be to your advantage.
- Must have technical experience in Civil and building infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring project deadlines are met in compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports and status updates to clients and senior management.
- Implementing improvements and demonstrating initiative.
- Estimate material usage on site/placing orders.
- Budget and cost Management.
