We are currently seeking a NewVehicle Sales Manager to join our leadership team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and processdriven dealership.
Purpose/Summary of Position:
This role is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the New Vehicle department. This Management role is responsible for ongoing planning and collaboration with other department leaders; executing on objectives goals and growth strategies; ensuring compliance with process and procedures; motivating and coaching team members for performance; improving efficiencies; driving sales and championing the customer experience.
