Job Summary:The Vice President of Business Development / Sales & Marketing will be responsible for the strategic direction coordination and oversight of all business development and sales operations within the organization. This executive leadership role ensures the efficient development and implementation of processes technologies and systems to meet current and future organizational needs. The role requires a visionary leader who will drive growth while managing key business operations across various departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop implement and direct the overall strategic direction of the organizations business development and sales functions.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve company goals providing expertise and guidance in business development and sales areas.
  • Identify and recommend new processes technologies and systems that improve and streamline organizational efficiency resource management and overall performance.
  • Lead the development and enforcement of policies and procedures designed to improve operations and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Ensure that decisions related to staffing development resource efficiency and other operational elements align with the companys business plan and longterm vision.
  • Supervise and mentor leadership across multiple departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Manage and execute other duties as assigned contributing to overall business growth and operational excellence.
Requirements

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and developing highperforming teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to tackle complex challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and drive results in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Csuite role or similar senior leadership position with a strong background in business development and sales.
