If you look at my LinkedIn youll notice Ive hopped around at the same company. This was because I asked my manager to help me figure out what I liked and what I was good at. After 3 years of that Ive found myself at an interesting spot.
When I say interesting I mean Im f******
See I learned I love tackling things no one on the team has cracked yet. I vaguely knew leading the Account Retention initiative (yes also something no one had built yet) would be challenging when I signed up for it. My manager warned me not to romanticize it.
But I did and here I am. Sue me.
To be fair I dont hate the job. I still love the challenge. In the past year Ive learned so much and Im genuinely excited to keep figuring it out. But yeahits hard. Ive had more moments than I can count.
Over time though Ive learned that its not about immediate wins. Its about showing up giving it a fair shot and making what feels like microscopic progress but progress nonetheless.

Heres more about the role:
Fresh Prints is an NYCbased custom apparel startup experiencing 60 growth Y/Y. As a Retention Coordinator youll join a team driving the growth of our $40 million business by retaining highvalue accounts at scale.
Youll grow as Fresh Prints grows. Youll get all the time and support you need to learn a lot develop professionally and have a significant impact.
Description of the Role
- Collaborate with graphic designers marketing and content teams to write onbrand copy for our collegiate and corporate clientele
- Analyze sales data comms and customer behavior to come up with retention marketing strategies and plans
- Execute on crossfunctional retention marketing work along with sales and other marketing team members to ensure successful account retention per campaign
- Analyze the impact of retention campaigns and initiatives and apply findings to future campaigns
- The Unknown were always looking to find new ways to improve and we also want you to take ownership over projects you think can add value to
Requirements
- At least 23 years of work experience in marketing
- Fluency in English
- Strong experience with project management
- Comfortable collaborating with the broader team
- Comfortable working in an Agile marketing structure
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management & prioritization skills
- Selfmotivated and excited to work on different projects

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly base pay: $700
- Night shift allowance: $40

- Monday to Friday
- This is a salaried role not an hourly role. To help coordinate across time zones of different teams we ask that you be available for any meetings from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST
