JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will generate new business opportunities nurture existing client relationships and promote our range of advanced packaging solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their unique packaging needs and provide customized solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

2. Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.

3. Conduct thorough research to understand client needs industry trends and the competitive landscape.

4. Collaborate with the internal design team to develop tailored packaging solutions that address client requirements.

5. Prepare and present proposals quotations and presentations to clients showcasing the value of our products and services.

6. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

7. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team.

8. Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline and market insights to the General Leader.

9. Stay updated on industry developments product innovations and market trends to remain competitive.

10. Represent the company at trade shows industry events and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

11. Adhere to The VAP Way! and Elite Customer Service Standards.

Requirements

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven track record of success in sales preferably in the packaging industry or related field.

3. Strong understanding of sales principles techniques and methodologies.

4. Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

5. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

6. Selfmotivated and driven to achieve targets and objectives.

7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

8. Willingness to travel.

9. Knowledge of corrugated packaging manufacturing processes and industry standards is a plus.

10. Ability to work with others toward shared goals.
