Role description:
- 360 AE role: outbound cold calling demos and closing deals
- Prospect lists provided by reTeach targetingemployees (sweet spot up to 1000
- Selling to HR personas in Software ITtech Public Sector Consulting
- Consultative sales approach (firsttime buyers of learning management systems often)
- 50/50 pipeline generation (BDR & marketing) rest from AE
- ACV: 5.5K ARR
- Quota: 190K/year
- Sales methodology: BANT
- Deal cycle: 80 days

Salary range & secondary benefits:
- 70K OTE 70/30 split uncapped) talking about increasing to 80K OTE.
