Within Alexa Audio Entertainment you will have an enormous opportunity to impact the customer experience design architecture and implementation of innovative products that will be used every day by people you know. Key job responsibilities
In this role youll have independent technical ownership on new customer features and supporting architecture. Youll learn new indemand skills like building software services for Gen AIbased orchestrators building cohesive voice and graphical interfaces and scalable APIs that will be highly valuable as you grow your career at Amazon and beyond. Youll work directly with Product Management and Design to refine the customer experience for Alexa entertainment featured products. Youll join a unique team in the Alexa organization with our own culture we move fast to deliver new great features for customers and have a ton of fun doing it.
3 years of noninternship professional software development experience
2 years of noninternship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience programming with at least one software programming language
3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
