You will be reporting to: Customer Service Manager
Duties/Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance
Information and Counselling about Retail products Spare parts / accessories.
Issues resolution with transport with customer deliveries
Customer Complaints and claims assistance
Support between internal departments Krcher branches and customers
Support to the external commercial Network
Technical support to the customers
Management support to the Logistic Department and the External Operator
Reimbursements
Reception and call center management
Sales support to the store customers
In Store stock management in collaboration with the Branch Manager
In store customer experience optimization
Requirements
University degree revolving around economics business administration
Minimum of 3 provable years of experience as a Customer Service agent
Fluent in English language written and spoken.
IT knowledge at a user level (Word PowerPoint Excel)
SAP knowledge will be valuable
Organizational skills
Customer oriented
