Shift: 2nd Shift MondayFriday 3:30 PM 4:00 AM

Position Overview:

This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow in the fabrication industry and gain hands-on experience with industrial tools and machinery.
Key Responsibilities of a Shop Helper:
- Follow all prescribed safety standards and regulations while supporting the companys Core Values.
- Assist with operating saws and other fabrication shop machinery.
- Perform various tasks to support production goals and maintain a clean safe work environment.
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times.
- Complete additional duties as requested by supervisors.
What You Bring as a Shop Helper:
- Previous experience in a fabrication or machine shop environment preferred.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and fabrication equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced setting.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods bend kneel stoop climb and lift 3550 lbs. with assistance.
- Willingness to participate in and remain active in a company drug testing program.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed to meet production deadlines.
