At UL customers are core and as a result all responsibilities will center around improving the customer experience. In the role of Technical Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in serving our customers. This includes performing the daytoday support and maintenance of various UL Software products for our global external customer base where engagements vary in scope and complexity but include working to investigate and troubleshoot system and configuration issues and providing assistance with configuration requests.

Education at degree level or equivalent work experience. Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related technical discipline preferred. Education at degree level in engineering may be required.

The estimatedsalary range for this position is $57000 to $76000 and is based on multiple factors including jobrelated knowledge/skills experience geographical location as well as other factors.This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10 of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings 401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
