Customer Solution Engineer Learnership/Apprenticeship Programme has become available at KONE Elevators South Africa to be based in Johannesburg Cape Town and Durban.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

The successful incumbent must have the following qualifications or experience:

  • Diploma or higher ideally in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 30 years of age or less.
  • 3 years or less of experience.
  • Computer Literate Excel Word PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding and principles of customer relations and interaction.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a drive and performance orientation.
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

In performing the duties the incumbent needs the following skills and abilities:

  • Leadership and relationshipbuilding qualities a bias for action and detailoriented behaviors are required.
  • A selfmotivated individual with the ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication cooperation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical analytical and mechanical skills and abilities.
  • 100 Medical Fit.
