The Emerging Capabilities portfolio in the Connected Battlespace Emerging Capabilities (CBEC) business has an immediate need for a Value Stream Leader (VSL) in our growing Cyber portfolio. This Value Stream Leader will lead and support the of Integrated Sensing & Cyber related Research & Development programs both internally and externally funded. The VSL will also lead and organize pursuit and proposal efforts to capture new programs within the Department of Defense and other Agencies. The Value Stream Leader will interface with a cross functional team of other VSLs business development strategy and engineering manufacturing and operations personnel to develop transition plans for new technologies and capabilities to business units across Mission Systems to fuel future business growth and solve the most challenging and emerging customer mission problems. This position will report to the Level 5 Manager leading the Integrated Sensing & Cyber portfolio.
This position is located in Cedar Rapids IA.
What You Will Do
Have demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple efforts simultaneously
Have demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams
Have demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in remote locations and time zones
Have demonstrated ability to lead and be accountable for Pursuit Order Capture activities as part of growing the business
Have demonstrated ability to interface with one or more DOD S&T customers (e.g. DARPA AFRL NRL NSA etc. during program
Perform regular program EACs and PMRs with an ability to brief senior leadership
Possess current U.S. Top Secret Clearance Required. (Requires US Citizenship)
Be able to travel up to 25
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree 14 years of relevant experience
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret Security Clearance is required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Possess or have the ability to possess a clearance up to the TS/SCI level
Experience with products and systems in the following areas: Cyber communications datalinks AI/ML Autonomy
Have demonstrated ability to recognize pursue and capture discretionary offset opportunities (i.e. customer funded R&D) that directly supports business strategies via direct government support or through other contractors
Experience with leveraging efforts and technologies from other Collins Aerospace organizations
Experience with EVMS program management and R&O management

The salary range for this role is 124000 USD 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
