Job Description
You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations driving excellence in patient care streamlining workflows and spearheading growth initiatives. This is a leadership role requiring a strategic mindset strong operational acumen and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize hospital operations ensuring worldclass patient care and efficiency.
- Develop and execute strategies for the expansion of noncardiac specialties.
- Drive operational excellence cost efficiencies and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory legal and accreditation requirements.
- Enhance patient experience by improving clinical and administrative processes.
- Collaborate with medical leadership to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Oversee infrastructure IT and facilities to support hospital growth and modernization.
- Manage financial performance budgets and cost control measures.
- Build and mentor highperforming teams across clinical and nonclinical departments.
- 15 years of leadership experience in hospital operations or healthcare management including at least 5 years leading a P&L.
- Must possess an MBA / MHA / PGDM.
- Experience in digital transformation and operational automation in healthcare is a plus.
