Job Profile: Recruitment Executive
Location: Chennai / Gurgaon
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: 1 to 4
Salary : 20000 to 25000 Incentive

Responsibilities
carry out a targeted research strategy of Bulk and Blue Color Hiring
Responsible for END to END Recruitment
Responsible from Field / Job Portal and complete the Hiring Proces
Research and develop recruiting leads
Update current and design new recruiting procedures
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. timetohire and costperhire)
Implement new sourcing methods
Build the companys professional network through relationships with HR professionals colleges and other partners
Requirements
Proven working experience in Bulk and Blue color recruiting
Deep understanding of recruitment processes & Industries
Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status trends best practices)
Client focus along with relationship building skills
Effective negotiation influencing and communication skills

Other Details:
Working Days: 6 Days: Monday to Saturday
Week off Sunday
Holiday: As per the Company & Govt.
Leave 2 Month after the Probation
Leave 2 on the Business of 85
Incentive: Performance up to 30 of Annual Salary
Incentive: Business Target up to 20 of Annual Target
