JOB DESCRIPTION FIELD ENGINEER (Offroll)
Position : Field Engineer (Off Rolls)
Place : Multiple locations
Reports into : Service Lead/Manager
Qualification : ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
Experience
Above 1 year of Experience in Field customer service onsite troubleshooting of coffee
vending machines/home appliances/kitchen equipment.
Basic English knowledge to use and update reports in Mobile APP
Job Description
1. Preventive Maintenance to the installed coffee machines at customer location (PM) as
per the PM plan
2. Attend the assigned Break down calls and resolve the issue with min. TAT.
3. Coffee machine demo installation and disconnection assigned.
4. Calibrate the product quality and quantity settings in field working machines.
5. Physical asset verification of coffee machines installed at customer locations.
6. Machine sanitization & deep cleaning Quarterly once.
7. Train the machine users regularly to reduce the failures due to mishandling and
cleaning issues.
8. Provide on-site training to newly joined Engineers.
9. Key wise Product reading update in mobile APP & track the cleaning counter to check
and ensure daily cleaning by the machine user.
10. Update the Cleaning tablet cleaning solution and coffee beans stock level.
11. Take customer feedback for every call and customer satisfaction measuring feedback
(Quarterly) for corrective action and improve the customer service delivery.
