We are seeking an ambitious Senior Specialist Strategic Events to play a critical role in supporting the planning and of highimpact executive engagements including external customerfacing events and internal GTM (GotoMarket) programs such as Sales Kickoffs (SKO) and Presidents Club. This role focuses on logistics stakeholder coordination and operational excellence to deliver exceptional experiences that align with Zendesks brand and business goals. What youll be doing

  • Assist in planning and executing experiences for executives at events meetings at Zendesk headquarters or at customer and prospect locations as well as intimate executive engagements.

  • Coordinate logistics including venue selection catering travel and AV/technology for inperson and virtual engagements.

  • Manage timelines and budgets ensuring costeffective solutions without compromising quality.

  • Work closely with sales marketing customer success and product teams to gather insights and tailor executive engagements.

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless .

  • Support planning and logistics for highprofile internal events such as Sales Kickoff (SKO) Presidents Club and leadership offsites.

  • Manage logistics for GTM events including venue contracts travel arrangements and internal communication.

  • Assist in postevent analysis and reporting by gathering and analyzing participant feedback identifying areas for improvement and suggesting actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience in event coordination experiential marketing or program management preferably in a B2B or technology environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities timelines and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace Asana and event management platforms; experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.

  • Experience supporting highprofile executive engagements and/or GTM programs (e.g. SKO Presidents Club).

  • A proactive solutionsoriented approach to problemsolving.

  • Ability to travel to global events as needed up to 20 of the time.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $77000.00$115000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus benefits or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities applicable experience and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles) and do not include bonus benefits or related incentives.

Hybrid: In this role our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection collaboration learning and celebration while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific inoffice schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
