About the Job
As a Commercial Manager in the Risk team youll play a key role in delivering the pillars of the Sportsbet Risk Strategy. Collaborating with teams in Cluj and Melbourne youll drive initiatives from ideation to delivery focusing on trading risk and commercial management. You will work closely with Data Scientists Analysts and Engineers to build roadmaps for solutions that align with both local and global strategy.
Your role includes developing longterm strategies for risk and customerfocused product creation ensuring alignment with Sportsbets goals. Youll be responsible for translating customer insights into actionable product requirements and continuously monitoring KPIs to ensure optimal outcomes. Your input will guide crossfunctional teams through the product creation process from validation through to market delivery always prioritizing customer satisfaction and business performance.
