The Role:
Yubico is looking for a dynamic experienced highly driven Deal Desk Specialist that will be responsible for deal support to a regional sales team.
Our primary focus is increasing sales effectiveness; we are passionate about how Deal Desk can help the sales team be more strategic and efficient. This role will work with crossfunctional teams such as Sales Legal Finance and Product.
You should be a detailoriented selfstarter who enjoys working in a fastpaced organization with users from all levels of the company. You should be able to provide sound business insight for building operational excellence as well as have a good understanding of sales cycles complex hardware and software deal structures and the complexities of global transactions and hardware fulfillment.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Drive data integrity in SFDC and manage account data
Support sales with data (PO entry) entry in SFDC
Assist in training and clarifying to sales what is needed (as well as helping out handson)
Maintain backend communication between Yubico and our Partners
Assist the sales team through the sales process in account management quote creation/management and opportunity management
Understand the Sales Cycle (LeadtoCash) and secure the organizational requirements are met
Ensure deals are well structured aligned to company policy and ready to be processed efficiently
Work cross functionally to improve overall operational processes as well as document and communicate current policy and process
Assist Sales Operations team with process improvements
Work closely with Sales Finance Supply Chain & Legal teams to align our processes to make the deal close in a frictionless timely manner
Process Purchase Orders and Review Deals via Yubico AB and GmbH
Act as Order Support for Distributors in EMEA and APJ
Pre and Postsale Support for our internal sales and channel reps
for orders through Yubico AB and GmbH
Assist in Account Approvals
Basic Qualifications:
Prefer experience relating to Deal Desk activities
Salesforce experience
Good understanding of crosssystem data integrity
