A leading national business are looking to train qualified electricians to become Electrical Assessors for apprentice electricians within their awardwinning centre. They will fund your teaching qualifications to become an electrical lecturer and youll be mentored by other team members.

What are the daytoday responsibilities of the role:
- Conducting assessments and observations of learners in both the workplace and classroom setting
- Providing constructive feedback and support to learners to help them meet the required standards
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate assessment records and documentation
- Collaborating with the training team to develop and improve assessment materials
- Keeping uptodate with industry standards and best practices in electrical installations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fully qualified electricians (JIB Gold Card equivalent) with at least three years electrical installations experience.
- Full driving licence
- Good IT skills (Word Excel Outlook Powerpoint)
- Good communication skills
- Nurturing and encouraging person
- Professionalism to make a good teacher
- A flexible hardworking individual who is passionate about making a difference
- Ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of teaching
- Happy to undergo a DBS check
My client is offering an annual salary starting at 33000 depending on experience for electricians with no lecturing experience.
