Our client is a global BPO leader in customer support providing customized strategies for innovative brands.

You will be reporting to Customer Service Supervisor
What you will do:
As a Czech/Slovak Customer Advisor you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries from customers through various channels such as phone email and chat.
More specifically:
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and callhandling quotas
- Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
Requirements - Fluency in Czech/Slovak language (C1C2 level).
- Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an asset.
- Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools.
- Proficient English Skills (Oral &Written).
- Enthusiastic patient empathetic multitasking and communicative.
