Job Description
- Manage daily administrative operations of the office and assist team members in planning and organizing.
- Handle office communications including managing emails phone calls and mail.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files for efficient workflow.
- Provide support in organizing Club GLOBALS events and meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Collaborate with other staff members to implement and maintain office systems.
Requirements

Are active agile and take initiative. We like people who have ideas and implement them to make the office run better.
High level of professionalism and deliver quality results. Its not about hours; its about results.
Organized structured and great communication skills
Comfortable with Office apps and openness to use other technologies Tech Savvy.
Spanish (Native/fluent) and English (excellent). Additional languages like German / Catalan is a plus.
