We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our APM Terminals Flow team based in Bangalore (India).

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer you will:

• Design and Development: Build and maintain robust scalable APIs using C# / .NET.
• Optimize and Automate: Focus on performance scalability security and reliability using continuous deployment logging monitoring alerting and automation across the platform lifecycle.
• Collaborate and Lead: Work with Product Owners to design features contribute to the roadmap and guide consumers of the platform to efficiently integrate and deploy their applications.
• Innovate: Experiment with and implement opensource and emerging technologies bringing value while maintaining robust functionality.
• Ensure Resilience: Implement transactional data pipelines with minimal transformation time and design for high availability geographic redundancy and disaster recovery.
• Operational Excellence: Define and monitor metrics to assess platform health and ensure SLA compliance through proactive issue resolution and blameless postmortems.
• Evangelize and Document: Advocate for the platform across teams providing clear documentation and best practices.

What Were Looking For

To succeed in this role you should bring:

MustHave Skills:

• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong background in C#/.NET and API development.
  • Solid experience with eventstreaming technologies like Kafka Azure EventHub or RabbitMQ.
  • Proficiency in SecDevOps practices cloudnative development and largescale system automation.
  • Deep understanding of 12factor app design eventual consistency and multiregion deployments.
• Cloud and Infrastructure Knowledge:
  • Handson experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure Google Cloud IBM Cloud).
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and GitOps methodologies.
• Methodologies and Tools:
  • Experience with Agile TDD/BDD practices and Continuous Integration/Deployment pipelines (e.g. Jenkins GitHub Actions Azure DevOps).
  • Proficiency in monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus Grafana ELK or Datadog.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in crossfunctional teams.
  • A proactive innovative approach with a passion for solving complex problems.

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in Kubernetes orchestration and serverless computing.
• Experience with Mongo DB.
• Experience with opensource cloudnative technologies and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL Debezium Oracle Golden Gate or similar data technologies.
• Additional programming skills in Python Go or Java.
• Handson experience with configuration management tools like Terraform Ansible or Puppet.
