As a Resident Engineer youll be at the forefront of managing and overseeing the technical aspects of construction projects. Your expertise will ensure projects are completed on time within budget and up to the required quality standards. Youll tackle constructionrelated challenges headon ensuring compliance with regulations and specifications.
Responsibilities:- Oversee construction projects from inception to completion
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
- Ensure adherence to regulations specifications and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly
- Resolve constructionrelated problems and conflicts
- Coordinate effectively with clients contractors and stakeholders
- Prepare and review project documentation including reports and drawings
Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Resident Engineer in Consulting
- Strong knowledge of construction principles practices and regulations
- Excellent project management and problemsolving skills
- Effective communication with clients contractors and stakeholders
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment
