Job Description
Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a Direct Hire LME position with a unionized company located in Portland OR.
The person in this position will be in charge of troubleshooting diagnosing repairing adjusting and installing as well as comfortable with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. You will need to have a solid background in electrical work!

Responsibilities:
Able to replace repair and adjust to manufacturer specifications:
Bearings seals
vbelts chains
Air valves hydraulic valves
Pumps couplings
Process rolls (Corrugating pressure glue etc.
All machinery parts
Troubleshoot and repair mobile equipment
Perform all jobs safely and properly.
Carry out preventive maintenance tasks.
Operate and maintain a high pressure boiler 200 PSI and 150 HP.
Maintain and repair mechanical fixed equipment as well as mobile equipment (forklifts).
Fabricate repair and install equipment.
Maintain and repair building.
Communicate with supervisor and production team on maintenance issues.
Be able and willing to accept responsibility for maintaining the plant on a shift working independently and without other help.
Able to manage paper work for work orders PMs and stores inventories as required.
Other duties as specified by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Welding
Arc (Mig & Stick)
Gas Cutting
Preventive maintenance
Oil Viscositys
Difference and usage of greases
Application and proper amount of lubricant
Inspection for worn broken outofline and missing parts
Read and understand machine manuals and troubleshooting manuals
Parts identification
Operating shop machines/tools
Grinders
Drill Press
Precision tools: micrometers calipers feeler gauges dial indicators etc
Current LME or Electricians License / Oregon
Schedule :
Monday Friday
11:00pm7:00am
Pay:
$70000 to $79000/year DOE (shift differential will also apply)
