Are you looking to develop and continue a longterm career as a Product Owner at the heart of the Insurance sector This is an outstanding opportunity to join an international diverse team. The challenge is a migration project from a legacy system to a new system (Adobe Experience Manager) enabling client Tied Agents to benefit from targeting their audience.

How you will get the job done

creating IT products definitions (final ones as well as MVPs) in a way that the products can be flexible with adjusting to changing business needs and possibly reused in the future

managing digital product backlog(s) (defining epics and/or stories in a clean and understandable by the customer and team way including DoD and DoR) according to business values and technical debts

maintaining the product(s) roadmap through collaboration with German stakeholders

cooperating with Program Managers and Architects in order to deliver complex solutions built out of multiple products

working as digital product owner for IT solutions prioritizing changes for the development team supporting the internal release management process

identifying the future potential of your products and getting your teams customers and business network excited about it

preparing required product documentation correspondence and presentations as needed

Requirements

Skills and experience you will need

fluency in English

proactive selfstarter with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

excellent communication skills with the ability to engage influence and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

ability to manage bigger and new but also smaller and legacy products or functionalities

ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace change with a positive attitude

experience in product creation in the role of Product Owner or Product Manager

knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies (especially SCRUM and Kanban)

flexible and peopleoriented approach to managing the team/product lifecycle stakeholder management skills dependencies management

experience with CMS migration projects

experience with Adobe Experience Manager

Nice to have

fluency in German

technical IT experience

experience in endtoend project delivery

degree in Computer Science or similar
