Job Description
We are currently seeking a Product Manager (f/m/d) for one of our clients in Berlin a software scale-up that develops a new work oriented ERP Solution with a major focus on HCM. This dynamic young company based in Berlin is at the forefront of innovative software solutions. They are dedicated to revolutionising the tech industry with our cutting-edge saas solution.
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product vision strategy and roadmap to align with business goals and customer needs.
- Collect and prioritise customer and stakeholder requirements to ensure the product meets market demands.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation.
- Track product performance using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
- Work closely with Engineering Design Marketing and other teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Analyse market trends and competitive activities to refine product strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Business Computer Science or related fields.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience with data analysis and product analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Deep understanding of user needs and the ability to translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Strong analytical abilities to balance multiple priorities and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused with a deep understanding of user needs and market trends.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
