Join ALLO Communications as a Senior Product Champion where you will assist in the strategic aspects of our product lines ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives. In this key role you will drive product enhancements based on customer feedback and market analysis focusing on strategic direction. Your expertise will help shape the future of ALLOs products guide crossfunctional teams and provide mentorship to other product champions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Strategy and Development:

• Assist in the strategic aspects of specific product lines ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.

• Drive product enhancements based on customer feedback and market analysis focusing on strategic direction.

• Define product requirements and ensure alignment with overall product strategy without direct technical .

• Oversee product performance metrics making adjustments to optimize market positioning.

CrossFunctional Leadership:

• Act as a primary liaison for highstakes client interactions and strategic partnerships representing ALLOs product solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers Product Champions and other crossfunctional teams to ensure cohesive product development and .

• Work with Sales Marketing and Operations to develop gotomarket plans and support successful product launches.

• Mentor Product Champions and Associate Product Champions providing guidance on strategic product and professional development.

Customer and Market Engagement:

• Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback understand market needs and identify opportunities for product enhancements.

• Continuously assess market trends and competitor activities to inform product strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Monitor product performance metrics including customer satisfaction revenue growth and market share making datadriven decisions to optimize offerings.

• Conduct regular reviews of product performance identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance product quality and user experience.

EDUCATION:

• Associates degree in Business Administration Product Management Marketing or a related Engineering field; Bachelors degree is a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years of experience in product management product development or related roles with a focus on strategy and .

• Proven ability to lead product initiatives manage crossfunctional collaboration and drive successful market outcomes.

• Strong experience in customer engagement market analysis and performance optimization.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

• Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking and market insight application.
