Job Description
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* Must have 1 to 4 years of family law experience
* Criminal law and personal injury law experience is highly desired
* Must will be selfmotivated and able to work independently
* Must have excellent time management skills organized and the ability to multitask
* Must be proficient knowledge of computers
* Communicate well with others
*DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Draft legal correspondence
* Prepare pleadings for filing and drafting certificates of service/mailing
* Maintain case files
* Assist in billing
* Assist with discovery
* Monitor county dockets
* Accurate calendaring
* Other support duties assigned by attorney.
