The Role
Do you want to make a difference and be part of a highly collaborative crossfunctional team within our Inbound Operations team to further OSGs Operations & Services Group strategic objectives
We are looking for a Director of Product & Strategy Inbound OSG who will have responsibility for defining the Inbound product roadmap. You will blend deep brokerage operations expertise with a passion for collaborating across the enterprise. You will partner across the enterprise to ensure that Inbounds product and service offeringdrive endtoend value for the businesses and our customers. The successful candidate will partner with and influence Technology and business leaders to drive outcomes in 3 key areas:

The Team
This role will sit within OSG Inbound Operations. You will work to further OSGs strategic objectives in collaboration with other OSG Strategy Leads. By furthering Inbounds product roadmap you will collaborate across all levels of Inbound management and team. You will partner with Technology to understand future roadmap capabilities.

At Fidelity our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we are calling Dynamic Working. Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity work location for five consecutive business days per week every other week. These requirements are subject to change at any time.
Reminder: Per the Dynamic Working Policy approved exceptions will be reviewed annually or when the associate accepts a new role whichever comes first.
