Role Overview:As the Executive Assistant to the senior MD you will play a critical role in managing the daytoday operations of the office and assisting in the strategic initiatives of the company. You will be the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders helping to streamline operations manage the MDs calendar coordinate meetings and ensure the efficient of highpriority projects. Your ability to handle confidential matters multitask and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fastpaced environment will be essential to the success of the MD and the company as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:- Executive Support: Provide highlevel administrative support to the MD including managing the calendar scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the MD and internal teams clients business partners and external stakeholders. Draft and edit communications presentations and reports.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and followup of key projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Documentation Management: Organize and maintain documents reports and files systematically to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare materials for meetings take notes and ensure that followup actions are executed.
- Travel and Event Planning: Manage travel logistics itineraries and expenses. Coordinate internal and external events such as board meetings corporate events and client functions.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement processes to improve the efficiency and productivity of the office and support the MD in achieving business objectives.
- Adhoc Support: Provide support with various administrative tasks as required and step in to manage additional responsibilities as needed.
Candidate Profile:- Experience 1015years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistantinconstruction hospitalityorserviceorientedindustry. Candidates with experience working with senior executives in highgrowth or fastpaced environments will be preferred.
- Education: Any Graduate Any Post Graduate
Skills:- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact professionally with senior leadership clients and other stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively offer solutions.
- A high level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in real estate development or theconstruction industry is an advantage.
