Valley Isle Motors is looking for a skilled and motivated Body Shop Flat Rate Technician to join our team. If you have experience in auto body repair and take pride in delivering highquality workmanship we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Perform collision and body repairs on a variety of vehicles
Repair or replace damaged parts including panels fenders bumpers and frames
Use industrystandard tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Work with estimators and team members to complete repairs in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience as an auto body technician
Ability to complete highquality repairs efficiently in a flatrate environment
Proficiency with body repair tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
ICAR or ASE certifications are a plus
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
