Job Description
Role: Datacenter Technician/Operations ( Multiple roles )
Location: Kansas City MO/ Richmond VA /Henrico VA/ Newton County GA ( Onsite )
Duration: Long term Contract
- Perform Breakfix/Technical Operations support for data centers in various locations (Kansas City MO; Richmond & Henrico VA; Newton County GA).
- Troubleshoot diagnose and repair hardware issues on servers and network equipment.
- Execute Layer 1 (physical layer) tasks including cabling racking and equipment installations.
- Provide on-site operational support for data center infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance repairs and changes.
- Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols within the data center.
- Respond to incident tickets and service requests promptly.
- Support both planned and emergency maintenance activities as required.
