What Youll Do:
- Drive Revenue & Growth: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed performance goals. Oversee sales forecasting market analysis and competitive pricing to maximize hotel revenue.
- Lead the Charge: Take charge of your sales team! Lead inspire and support your sales staff to meet quotas develop new accounts and build lasting relationships with key clients. Hold regular meetings to track progress motivate the team and set new sales targets.
- Create Business Opportunities: Represent WHG at industry events trade shows and conventions creating highvalue connections with corporate clients and prospective customers. Generate leads and close deals through effective followup personalized presentations and compelling proposals.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with the General Manager and hotel leadership to drive operational excellence ensuring your sales strategies align with the hotels vision and guest experience.
- Be a Market Expert: Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop tailored solutions that speak directly to client expectations. Stay ahead of the competition and continuously evaluate new opportunities for growth.
- Own the Numbers: Prepare detailed sales reports to track progress identify trends and make datadriven decisions that propel your sales team and the hotels success.
What Were Looking For:
- Sales Expertise: You have aminimum of five years of hotel sales experienceand a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Your knowledge of the hospitality industry pricing strategies and customer relationship management is topnotch.
- Leadership Skills: Youre a natural leader who can inspire and develop a team to success. You excel in creating a highperformance culture through motivation training and goalsetting.
- ResultsDriven: Youre someone who thrives on competition loves to close deals and has the drive to achieve ambitious goals. You never back down from a challenge and know how to navigate complex negotiations.
- Exceptional Communication: Whether its a sales pitch a report or a client meeting youre a master at communication. Youre skilled at listening negotiating and presenting in a way that leaves a lasting impression.
- Adaptable & Resourceful: You are comfortable with fastpaced environments shifting priorities and multiple projects at once. You know how to stay cool under pressure and make quick effective decisions.
