1. Manage collation / audit / compliance requirement
2. Collating payroll inputs processing of various calculations related to salary (earning deduction)
3. Processing of Statutory compliances such as challan generation and filling return under various Acts such as PF PT ESI LWF TDS Bonus Gratuity and applicable state laws
4. Manage UAN generation TIC generation updating of employee KYC exit date on relevant government websites
5. Ensuring income tax rules amendments are followed and validation of investment proof TDS calculation exemptions deduction tax calculation tax perquisite Form 16 TDS return generating FVU file ETDS correction
6. Representing client and Handling enquires / summons / audits / notices from labour office.
7. Statutory Report generations & submission to client
Non Critical Role and Responsibilities
1. Formatting and validating payroll inputs received from clients before uploading in system.
2. Suggesting Process Improvements
3. Ability to maintain client relationship
4. Ensure consistency in the quality of work being delivered.
5. Provide reports to management as required
6. Manage employee queries regarding salary
