Job Description
Overview
We are hiring an onsite Business Development Representative in Event Sales at Halidom Eatery on Moreland Avenue in Atlanta GA near the East Atlanta Village neighborhood.
The BDR will work onsite at our offices performing coldcalling and other b2b sales functions reaching out to local businesses and other associations to keep the event pipeline and private event space full and onsite at Halidom Eatery performing tours for prospective clients. Will also handle inbound inquiries. Candidates will need to have at least 1 year of cold calling experience and excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Experience using Hubspot TripleSeat and/or Toast is a huge plus!
Halidom Eatery hosts 11 diverse food vendors and features the beautiful Bar La Rose serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. The atmosphere is elevated casual contemporary and energetic. Our private event space The Jungle Room is perfect for parties meetings and intimategatherings.

Compensation
Base salary 55000..00 USD/yr Commission and Bonus
Up to 7 commission on events booked possible bonus based on monthly revenue generated from booked events

Responsibilities
The BDR will work onsite at IST Management HQ performing coldcalling and other b2b sales functions reaching out to local businesses and other associations to keep the event pipeline and private event space full and onsite at Halidom Eatery performing tours for prospective clients. Will also handle inbound inquiries.
- Developing new business and expanding existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts; cold calling and prospecting
- Working in tandem with Events Director and staff at Halidom Eatery
- Leading event space tours; making compelling presentations to decisionmakers
- Reporting and other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least 1 year of b2b cold calling experience and excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Experience using Hubspot TripleSeat and/or Toast is a huge plus! Other qualifications include:
- Computer skills; internet savvy social media skills MS Office
- CRM experience
- Legal authorization to work for any employer in the US
- Diploma or GED
