Engage directly with clients to gather document and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Facilitate workshops interviews and meetings with stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product engineering QA) to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Assist in preparing project documentation proposals and reports.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet client expectations.
Identify gaps inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business IT or related field (MBA preferred).
2 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a client-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA Confluence MS Office or similar.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Agile Product Owner certification or understanding
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Industry e.g. FinTech HealthTech SaaS.
Knowledge of data visualization or BI tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
Exposure to CRM ERP Healthcare or custom enterprise solutions.
Exposure to wireframing and prototype design
