Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Chicago IL. In this role you will identify and pursue new business opportunities build strong relationships with potential clients and support the companys long-term growth strategy. Responsibilities
Identify qualify and develop new business leads through outbound and inbound strategies
Conduct meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
Participate in sales meetings and contribute to forecasting and reporting
Support clients throughout the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field
13 years of experience in business development sales or a similar role
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic cloud technology concepts
Proven track record of generating leads and meeting or exceeding targets
