We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Tampa FL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and contributing to the companys long-term growth. This role requires a proactive mindset excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and strategy.
Responsibilities:
Identify research and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and presentations that align with client needs
Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs
Maintain accurate records of leads pipeline activity and client interactions
Support sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Represent the company at meetings events and conferences when necessary
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)
13 years of experience in business development sales or client-facing roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated organized and results-oriented
