Role Summary:
We re looking for an Conference Event Manager to lead the strategy planning and execution of our Middle East events portfolio including national awards regional list ceremonies executive roundtables industry conferences our proprietary events and recurring webinars.
This is a highly visible and strategic role for someone who can not only manage logistics but also drive revenue through sponsorships and ticket sales elevate audience experience and potentially serve as the face or MC of our events. Youll collaborate cross-functionally with sales marketing and leadership to deliver exceptional events that grow our brand presence community and commercial impact in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Event Leadership
- Design and execute a calendar of multi-format events across the Middle East including summits awards roundtables and webinars.
- Create strategic event concepts that support branding lead generation and thought leadership.
- Ensure event formats and experiences align with business goals and audience expectations.
Sponsorship Acquisition & Management
- Develop and pitch sponsorship proposals that align with client goals and offer high-value visibility.
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorships to support event monetization.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and new partners for long-term collaboration.
- Ensure full delivery of sponsor benefits including branding speaking slots and audience engagement.
Ticket Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own and drive ticket sales strategy including pricing promotions partnerships and digital campaigns.
- Leverage digital tools email influencers and sales channels to boost reach and conversions.
- Monitor and optimize sales performance to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Event Production & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end event delivery vendor selection logistics run-of-show technical setup rehearsals etc.
- Ensure each event is professionally executed on budget and delivers exceptional value to attendees and sponsors.
- Maintain detailed timelines and contingency plans to handle challenges.
- Act as event host or MC where appropriate representing the brand with confidence and energy.
Marketing & Audience Engagement
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop multi-channel campaigns for event promotion.
- Support the creation of event materials landing pages invitations press releases and media kits.
- Drive audience growth and retention through engaging experiences and thoughtful follow-ups.
- Coordinate with media partners influencers and PR agencies for event amplification.
Business Development & Community Engagement
- Launch and manage executive roundtables to engage senior clients and prospects in the Middle East.
- Identify and coordinate opportunities for the company to speak or participate in external regional industry events.
- Develop and manage webinars and virtual events to position the company as a market leader and generate leads.

Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- 8 years of experience in event management conferences or corporate events with a proven track record of driving revenue through sponsorship and ticket sales.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent negotiation skills and vendor management expertise.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across the Middle East as required.
- Strong project management communication and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with ticketing platforms marketing tools and event analytics.
Preferred:
- Experience in luxury or high-profile regional events.
- Prior experience in public speaking or event MC roles.
- Background in Marketing Business Event Management or related field.
- Familiarity with tools to measure event ROI and attendee satisfaction.
