Role Overview
The Assistant Gift Processing provides administrative support to MSFs fundraising operations. Ensures gift processing and updates to donor accounts in MSFs donor database are performed with the utmost attention to detail and data quality; takes responsibility for regular data entry data hygiene routines and project .
Department Accountabilities
Prospecting
Pursue strategic opportunities in coherence with MSFUSAs strategy that create longterm value for the movement by identifying and developing new audience segments or donors for its mission.
Donor Cultivation Engagement and Management
Build trust and loyalty with potential and existing donors. At the simplest level update donors on activities. At a more complex level build longterm relationships with key donors and key donor segments. Take overall responsibility for designing developing and delivering the donor engagement strategy. May be through channels or through personal relationships.
Fundraising
Secure reliable sustainable and efficient resources in alignment with MSFUS commitments.
Brand Positioning
Drive awareness and consideration through brand positioning based on the brand strategy and implement brand plans.
BestinClass Fundraising Systems and Capabilities
Deploy and champion the latest technological systems and capabilities that push the boundaries of what Development can produce for its donors.
Roles Specific Outcomes
Data Collection and Analysis
Extract relevant data from information provided by others and input it into spreadsheets or standard formats.
Data Management
Use data management systems to access specific information as and when required.
Information and Business Advice
Respond to queries from internal or external donors or suppliers by providing information referring more complex issues to others.
Administration
Produce update and provide best practice support on a wide range of MS documents databases and other departmental systems to support the work of more senior colleagues.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data
Enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact to ensure that the organization has quality data to enable effective customer retention and business development activities.

Desired Qualifications & Experience
At a minimum the Job Holder should possess:
Two years of administrative work in an office environment.
Strong attention to detail.
General computing skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
High level of organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Effective communication skills.
Excel proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce/Salesforce NPSP experience.
Familiarity with SQL or pulling reports.

Basic project management skills.
Travel Requirements
Must be willing to travel for work as needed.
Compensation
$53702 $80554 (all new employees will be compensated from the minimum to midpoint based on experience)
