Responsibilities
Network & Infrastructure Management:
- Design implement and maintainLAN WAN VPN and cloudbasednetwork solutions.
- Ensure networksecurity uptime and performance monitoring.
- Manage firewall configurations switches routers and other networking devices.
- Troubleshootnetwork outagesand optimize performance.
Hardware & Asset Management:
- Overseeinstallation configuration and maintenanceof hardware (servers desktops laptops and peripherals).
- Ensuretimely procurement and inventory managementof IT assets.
- Manage IT hardware lifecycle including upgrades and decommissioning.
- ServiceNow ITSM Implementation & Support:
- UtilizeServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)for incident problem and change management.
- Monitor service requests and ensureSLA compliance.
Security & Compliance:
- Implement and maintaincybersecurity best practices.
- Ensure compliance withIT security policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with security teams to managerisk assessments and vulnerability patches.
Team Collaboration & Support:
- Lead and mentor the IT support team.
- Work closely with other departments toalign IT infrastructure with business needs.
- Providetechnical support and trainingto endusers.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science IT or a related field.
- 10 yearsof experience inIT infrastructure hardware and network management.
- Proficiency innetworking protocols (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN etc..
- Strong expertise infirewalls routers and switches (Cisco Palo Alto Fortinet etc..
- Handson experience withServiceNow ITSM CMDB and Asset Management.
- Knowledge ofcloud computing (AWS Azure Google Cloud) and virtualization (VMware HyperV).
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Certifications likeCCNA CCNP ITILare a plus.
- Experience inServiceNow automation and integrations.
- Familiarity withIT security frameworks (ISO 27001 NIST CIS Controls).
- Ability tolead IT projectsand drive process improvements.
