Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and Junior Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory. Based in Mumbai this is a fulltime position perfect for individuals with a minimum of 1 year of work experience. The successful candidate will manage client accounts generate leads and support our sales efforts on an international scale contributing to the growth and success of our company.


  • Qualifications and Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software to track leads and manage customer interactions and sales data effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce to execute and maintain efficient account management strategies.
  • Proven abilities in lead generation nurturing potential clients from exploration to conversion.
  • Skilled in negotiation techniques to ensure favorable terms and close deals successfully.
  • Ability to perform cold calling to reach out to potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Productive customer relationship management skills to sustain and enhance longterm partnerships.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM for managing client databases and optimizing sales pipelines.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.


  • Roles and Responsibilities; Identify and qualify new sales leads through various communication channels.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze sales metrics and performance.
  • Conduct effective cold calls to prospective clients and follow up on sales leads.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to meet clients specific needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the companys products and services to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Attend industry events webinars and workshops to network and represent the company.
