Job Description
Title:SEO Lead
Location:London area UK

WFH policy:Fully remote
Product:AIpowered computer vision analytics
Size and functions of local team:26 employees (many parttime with plans to transition more to fulltime). Content team: Digital Content Manager 2 Content Writers Social Media Design Web Developer
Role description:
- Develop and execute SEO strategy across technical onpage and offpage SEO
- Conduct indepth SEO audits and competitor research to drive organic growth
- Optimize site structure indexing and Core Web Vitals for performance improvement
- Provide SEO recommendations to the content team (without writing content)
- Build detailed reports and dashboards to track organic performance and keyword rankings
Must haves:
- 5 years of SEO experience with 3 years in B2B SaaS startups/scaleups
- Deep expertise in technical SEO including schema markup page speed and Core Web Vitals
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics Search Console Ahrefs SEMrush Screaming Frog)
- Webflow experience ability to make structural optimizations independently
- Experience with AIdriven SEO strategies and automation tools
- Highly analytical and detailoriented comfortable handling large datasets
Nice to haves:
- Python or SQL knowledge for SEO data analysis

- Last year: $1.5 million revenue Current YTD: Close to $3 million. (expecting 2/3x coming year).
- They received 3000 inbounds last year and are selling on a constant basis.
- Leader in AIpowered computer vision driving innovation in deep tech
- Highly popular in the space with 3 million PIP downloads/month and daily updates unlike competitors who update only every few months.
- Current clients include toptier names such as Philips Amazon and Pfizer.
Salary range: 7075K
