7 10 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting with a strong focus on passive talent engagement.

Proven expertise in using sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter Entelo SeekOut X-Ray search etc.).

Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems (e.g. Greenhouse Lever Workday etc.).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Data-driven organized and results-oriented mindset.
