About the Role:
Brand Ambassadors spread brand awareness and increase retail sales through client visits promotional activities field marketing efforts and customer engagement. Were looking for someone committed to proactively growing our brand and product reach by establishing new relationships and developing current relationships with dispensaries and customers. The position will be parttime 30 hours/week) mostly weekends and some evenings. This person will be responsible for events across the state with the bulk of events in Central Illinois.
In this role you will:
- Promote Grn products through community outreach at dispensaries or industry events
- Transport set up break down and maintain trade materials and table displays
- Educate customers retailers and distributors about Grns products
- Maintain an organized calendar of instore events through Microsoft Outlook
- Prompt responses to invites for instore events and any emails that you receive from retailers or Grn sales and marketing teams
- Clear and concise communication with Account Managers concerning instore events budtender educational sessions via email text messages phone calls etc.
- Engage with budtenders and customers to collect feedback on products
- Work closely with sales and marketing staff to execute marketing campaigns and strategies
- Take photos and notes from each instore event on customer preferences metrics and performance of promo deals and upload them for our marketing team
- Communicate any opportunities for instore displays or merchandising to marketing and sales teams
- Create an exciting representation of the brand and show off all the best that Grn has to offer
Youll be a great fit if you have the following:
- You have been in a brand ambassador position in the past and understand what it means to represent a brand
- You have customer service or sales experience and feel comfortable speaking with people 1:1
- You have reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License; this role will be 100 travel based to and from dispensaries and trade shows
- You can lift 25 pounds to maneuver set up and break down displays
- You are comfortable working in Microsoft Office Suite
- You pride yourself in your ability to communicate clearly with people from every background and seniority
- You are excited talk to new people and talk about a product you believe in
- You like the fastpaced nature of trade shows or events within dispensaries and other promotional venues
- You are comfortable with long periods of prolonged sitting and standing
- You demonstrate integrity and respect in all interactions fostering a positive and supportive work environment
- You strive for the highest standards in every aspect of your role
- You can adapt to and drive change with enthusiasm
Interview Process:
At Grn we go through the same interview steps for all Brand Ambassador candidates to ensure equity in our hiring process. Our process is designed to learn as much about each candidate as possible as well as give candidates access to our team and hear what its like to work with us.

Benefits & Compensation:
This is a part time W2 position with an hourly rate of $25/hr for up to 30 hours a week
