Job Description

Montus Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in creating and executing the brand strategy for Montus product portfolio and is responsible for planning and delivering marketing initiatives that have a direct impact on portfolio growth.

This role requires someone with exceptional project management skills who can work alongside internal creative teams to develop and execute marketing plans that include; brand origination acquisition and retention campaigns clinical education events brand collateral packaging and product launches.

Brand Strategy:

  • Work alongside the Group Brand Manager to develop and deliver the brand strategy for dedicated product portfolio
  • Continuous competitor analysis and trend identification 
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalise on these

Product Launch:

  • Work with cross functional teams to assist with the development of new brands including visual identity brand messaging packaging and collateral
  • Craft clear and compelling brand messaging and value proposition to ensure competitiveness in market 
  • Coordinate and deliver product launch training to sales and clinical teams
  • Manage all packaging briefs and development including QA.

Event Management:

  • Identify event opportunities and project manage events calendar 
  • Project manage the creation of assets for events including - stands promotional materials etc
  • Report on ROI of events

Campaign Management:

  • End-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital print webinar podcast  and events targeting a clinical audience.  
  • Collaboratively work with the clinical team and medical writers on developing educational programs  
  • Run training of General practitioners (GPs) representatives Key Account Managers and clinical teams for dedicated portfolio.l.

Content Creation:

  • Responsible for maintaining our product information across internal and external websites. 
  • Developing and maintaining all product marketing and educational tools and documents
  • Brief content writers ensure content delivered is aligned to brand tone of voice and resonates with the audience.

Reporting & Regulations:

  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimise future strategy 
  • Adhere to TGA regulations regarding the responsible marketing of medicines.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Product or Brand Management ideally to HCP audiences.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans that have lead to growth.
  • Experience in brand development: new brand identities new messaging and packaging development.
  • Experience in campaign development to drive acquisition and retention. 
  • Strong project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Experience developing campaigns to a clinical audience will be a plus
  • High level verbal written and interpersonal communication skills  
  • Calm under pressure and able to navigate ambiguity
