Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated Payroll Specialist to join our healthcare team. This individual will work under the direction of the Payroll Manager to handle payroll processing and related activities for multiple skilled nursing facilities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in payroll operations and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for multiple facilities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Manager and facility staff to address payrollrelated queries.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare reports as needed.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure adherence.
- Support payrollrelated audits and assist with implementing process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in payroll processing preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Salary: $60000$90000
